Escape of jihadists from Aswad prison in Raju in Syria

Twenty Islamic State militiamen have escaped from the Aswad prison in Ruju. They took advantage of the general chaos caused by the tragic earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria. The evasion of the jihadists was successful thanks to some corrupt officials and directed by a mysterious commander of the Islamic State of Algerian origin, specialized in operations of this type.

The prison houses about two thousand inmates: many are dangerous jihadists of the Islamic State who have operated within the Syrian nation, including several foreign fighters, and many civilians accused of supporting the Kurdish forces. The prisoners who escaped will head to Turkey or Aleppo to return to the Islamic State positions still active in the area.
